Zach Oxendine didn't want his wife to film him singing Lee Brice's "Boy" to his partially-deaf son Judah, but she did anyway. The two-year-old, who suffers from cerebral palsy and lung disease as well as hearing problems, responded to his dad's voice with a smile.
