I was quick to assume that incidents on planes with passengers would mean someone getting real rowdy over having to wear a mask or trying to get someone else to wear a mask. That wasn't entirely wrong, but other incidents have increase frequency. Not to mention the sheer volume of complaints the FAA has received and they now have to investigate.
