Taylor Swift is going on offense in her lawsuit against a Denver DJ who she says groped her at a meet-and-greet several years ago.
Tay's attorneys filed papers on Thursday saying she will testify against David "Jackson" Mueller in person, and will confirm her statement that "he put his hand under her dress and grabbed her bare ass. She's absolutely certain of what Mueller did -- [it was] not an accident. [She's] never been so sure of anything in (her) life."
Swift's legal team is also fighting a suit that Mueller filed against her for allegedly attempting to get her fired. The lawyers say, “At no time did any defendant ask KYGO to take any specific action.” (Denver Post)
