Watch a robot do a perfect gymnastics routine

The big brains at Boston Dynamics are at it again.

Earlier this week, they brought out their humanoid robot named Atlas toperform a perfect gymnastics routine, featuring a handstand, some tumbling and a few jumping twists -- all without losing its balance.

It was pretty impressive, considering Atlas could barely walk in 2013 when it was first developed.

Well, now they’re also selling their famous robot dog -- Spot -- to the general public.

In case you’re interested, the four-legged Spot can avoid collisions, navigate rough terrain and even get up if it falls over.

You can add a special arm that lets Spot open doors -- and there are two payload ports that allow it to carry almost 31 pounds of gear.

While the exact price hasn’t been made public yet, it’s expected that Spot will cost as much as a luxury car. (Engadget)
