Jordan Davis And Wife Kristen Welcome First Child, Eloise Larkin

Jordan Davis and his wife Kristen are officially parents! The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Eloise Larkin on Sunday, November 17.

Eloise Larkin Davis was born in Nashville and weighed in at 8 pounds, and measured 19.75 inches, Entertainment Tonight reports.

"We are overjoyed with the addition of our baby girl Eloise Larkin Davis," the couple says. "Momma and baby are healthy as can be and we have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season."

Last week, Davis hit the red carpet at the 2019 CMA Awards where he shared his emotions just ahead of becoming a father.

"There's a little bit of nerves," Davis revealed. " I mean I feel like we're ready as can be to be parents, I'm just ready to meet the guy or girl."

"If we’re blessed enough to have another child, I want to find out what it is," Davis explains. "Because I’m tired of calling it 'the baby' or 'it.' I want to know 'him' or 'her.'"

Davis and his wife, Kristen first revealed they were expecting on July 15. "We are so thankful and blessed," Davis told People at the time. "This is a really special moment and we've been trying to drink it in and enjoy the process. We are looking forward to meeting the little guy or girl later this year."

He adds, “We’re so grateful for this blessing, and if I can be anywhere near the type of father that my dad was to me, that will be a really good start. I know Kristen is going to be an incredible mom.”

In addition to preparing for the arrival of his baby girl, Davis has also been keeping busy with his career. The country singer most recently released a song called "Cool Anymore," a collaboration with Julia Michaels.

After spending some time this holiday season with his family, Davis will hit the road for his headlining "Trouble Town Tour" in 2020. Tickets to the tour are available now.
