Kimberly Williams-Paisley offered a festive “DRAGON UPDATE” on Wednesday (December 10).
The actress previously revealed that her husband, country star Brad Paisley, asked for an 8-foot dragon for his 53rd birthday on October 28. Paisley performed the National Anthem at Game 3 of the 2025 World Series the day before his birthday (a game that lasted a record-tying 18 innings). Williams-Paisley said in a birthday tribute to her husband at the time: “Happy birthday to the guy who somehow made the [Los Angeles Dodgers] play 18 innings last night! Love you [Brad Paisley]. The dragon is waiting for you back home. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙”
Williams-Paisley, 54, shared a new look at the animatronic dragon on Instagram on Wednesday. The dragon, which had been on display with Halloween decorations, remains outside weeks before Christmas. Williams-Paisley wrote in text that appears over the clip she shared, “when your husband REALLY doesn’t want to take down Halloween…” The 9-1-1: Nashville star opted to put a Christmas garland and a red ribbon around the dragon’s neck in the holiday-themed update. Some of the commenters laughed, applauded Williams-Paisley’s creativity and even suggested keeping the animatronic up year-round and decorating it for other occasions throughout the year.
