Amy Has Message For Her Sorority at Texas A&M

Amy went to Texas A&M and she received a letter from her old sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and she got a letter from her chapter saying they’ve been put on probation until March of next year.

They didn’t say what happened in the letter, so she googled it and found the answer on a Reddit thread. What happened was some high school girls visited the campus and wanted to pledge that sorority, so some of the sorority girls took them out. And they told the girls they needed “Black out or Backout,” meaning they had to drink so much they black out or back out and not become a Kappa. Which was a form of hazing. It was so bad they got put on probation.

Amy has a message for her old sorority that they are supposed to set an example for those young high school girls who don’t know any better and just want to fit in!
