For the limited/no-carb crowd, it's not much to celebrate, but some good ol' creamy mac & cheese would be great today, at least in my world!! For those of us that aren't blessed with time (or the least of cooking skills!) to fix a heap o' mac & cheese, I love the fact that so many places offering to-go, delivery or curbside pickup offer mac & cheese as a side, etc. Everywhere from KFC to Firehouse Subs to Cracker Barrel, to Bishop's to Captain D's to Newk's to Popeye's to Buffalo Wild Wings to Mugshots and many more, are offering mac & cheese. Celebrate with some today--it's own special day!
